STUDENTS OF KOGI STATE PLEAD WITH LECTURERS TO CALL OFF 3 MONTHS STRIKE

Students of Kogi State have expressed their frustration over the ongoing strike in Kogi State University and have appealed to the lecturers of the institution to call off the strike.

The appeal was made by the National Association of Kogi State Students (NAKOSS) today, 12th of July during a press conference in the State’s Capital, Lokoja.

The President of the association, Ahmadu Ibrahim stated that students are tired of staying at home and the Governor of the State has met 80 per cent of their demands. Hence, lecturers should call off the Strike to make way for unresolved matters to be sorted out.
